Dr. David Anderson is founder and President of the BridgeLeader Network (BLN), diversity consulting firm.

Anderson is a bridge-building voice in the Nation's Capital as a radio talk show host on his daily program "Afternoons with Dr. David Anderson" on WAVA (105.1 FM). Wherever there is a divide, Anderson seeks to build a bridge through relevant and intelligent conversation.

Dr. Anderson is the founder and senior pastor of Bridgeway Community Church, a multicultural congregation of over 2500 weekly attendees, located in Columbia, Maryland.

Dr. Anderson is a published author of several books on race and diversity. His newest book called "Gracism: The Art of Inclusion" has won awards for best cover design and an award of merit from Christianity Today.

As an accomplished speaker, author, professor, and pastor, Dr. Anderson has been a television guest on stations such as ABC, BET, TBN, and has been interviewed on more than 2000 radio stations worldwide.

Dr. Anderson and his wife, Amber, reside in Ellicott City, Maryland, with their three children, Isaiah, Luke and Asia.
