Holistic counseling is a therapeutic
approach we use to help an individual
to grow physically, emotionally, and
spiritually. This approach focuses on
how well the individual is functioning
in his/her physical, emotional and
spiritual life. The emphasis is on the
development and wellbeing of the
whole person, and ascertaining how
well the individual is coping in each
respective domain.
The therapist assists the individual in
bringing more balance in his/her life by
identifying and strengthening areas of
deficits, and helping the person to set,
implement, and evaluate new
workable goals. The therapist helps
the individual to recognize stressors,
appropriate and inappropriate coping
skills, and other strongholds adversely
affecting ones quality of life.
The professional counselor uses a
variety of counseling skills, strategies,
and consultations for facilitating the
growth and wellbeing of the individual.

is also offered to clients and can be
explored further during your initial inquiry
