At Bridgeway we have a saying that goes something like this:

"It's not just about the service; it's also about the servants."

By that we mean that we're not simply interested in filling positions and getting work done, but we want our volunteers to enjoy their ministries, sense the fulfilling of God's purpose, and have it feel like a good fit with the kind of ministry and with the team in which they serve. We've found that people get more out their ministry and give more to their ministry when they are on the right team, doing the right things that God has uniquely designed them for.

Through this seminar, you will learn all about your unique, God-given abilities, gifts, personality, passions, and experiences and how God wants to use you in a specific way to serve others.
