WIRED

Are you a behind the scenes kind of person? Then “WIRED” may be the place for you to serve at Bridgeway! WIRED is our team that keeps everything onstage running smoothly. From the technical- setting up and running sound equipment and lights, to the energetic-set-up/tear-down, to the ready to do whatever it takes-stagehands, and pastor liaisons, WIRED has a place for you.

What you see onstage at Bridgeway takes a committed team of servants backstage. WIRED is an integral part of making Sunday services excellent for the glory of God. “…those parts of the body that seem to be weaker are indispensable…” (1 Corinthians 12:22)

CAPTURE

As the media ministry, CAPTURE is committed to serving God and the Church, by way of Technical and Visual Arts at Bridgeway. We are made up of Camera Operators, Video Directors and Assistant Directors, Photographers and Videographers, Computer Graphics Operators, Engineers and Editors, and Sales Support Personnel. CAPTURE’s vision is simply:
A ministry of service-loving individuals that is self-sufficient in tactical operation of capturing and presenting media with excellence, to enhance communication of the gospel of Jesus Christ, as support to other Bridgeway ministries.

Who we are: We pride ourselves on the ability to self-train our volunteers. The only requirement to be a part is that one have the right attitude, that of a service-loving individual. We believe in teamwork, creative consistency, and having fun.

What we do: Capturing and presenting media is a broad-brushed description of our responsibility. Really, as video-based Technical Arts, we handle media, projection (including that of captured or edited content), and distribution and broadcast of video.

How we do it: We strive for excellence, that God would be glorified, and that others would be drawn to Him. To do that, we seek God’s strength in helping us learn and grow in our craft, and to focus and concentrate while we’re performing tactical operation. Our vision of excellence is that we will have reached the full potential of our volunteers and maximized the resources and equipment we’ve been afforded, to become totally transparent to our audience.

Why we do it: We support the church’s vision of reaching our community, our culture, and our world for Jesus Christ, by helping increase the reach of Bridgeway ministries — most notably, by supporting the reach of our Sunday morning “Discover Service” through remote venues and our Internet broadcast, which is accessed from an audience all across the world.
